The location is perfect, very close to a restaurant and the fantastic Kinsale. the breakfasts served are gorgeous and superb with exceptional coffee, amazing cakes, and hot dishes.

The breakfast was sumptuous and excellent. the staff was knowledgeable. the location was magnificent, within a close distance from St Multose Church. the rooms were all beautifully presented and new-fashioned with comfortable beds.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the bay, while the breakfast offered a delicious selection of bread, pastries, fruits, and scones.

Parking is limited but there is public parking available and can be located nearby.

The Old Bank Townhouse was located right in the city center in a beautiful old building. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

The room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped.

The staff was exemplary. As but one example, I had to leave for the airport at 5:30a. The hotel provided me with a breakfast bag placed on my door at 5a. I did not ask for it, the staff kindly offered to provide it for me. I neglected to ask the young lady's name who I mostly interacted with but she was an attractive, blond, tall young lady with a ready smile. She KNOWS how to delight the customer with exemplary service.

The room was romantic, and the location was perfect right by a market in the town square with a nearby coffee shop offering delicious cakes.

the ratings for this facility must have been from 30/40 years ago! It was dingy and extremely small room. The pictures on the wall were beautiful but it is not the current reality of the decor or facility. We had a front facing room but the window was so dirty you could not enjoy the view. At best, this hotel would be a 2 star in my opinion. Very disappointing!

The room we had included a bath, high ceiling, safe, and coffee. the location in a quiet area was excellent and absolutely perfect. - Free Wi-Fi was available in all rooms, and the service overall was good.
